"I an not a new comer to eargo. I tried Eargo 5 and Eargo 6. They worked good but it was not what i was after in hearing quality. I then ordered the se and from the minute I put them in my ear the fit was great, i wore them for a couple of days and i knew these are keepers. i have tried other over counter hearing aids. none of them worked to my expectation good quality hearing at a reasonable price. This was a no-brainer. Now the product is only as good as the supplier is. The eargo team have been with me all the way i have called the service line and great response every time. "I have been wearing my new Eargo hearing aids everyday since receiving them. My overall expectations are completely exceeded. It took just a day to get used to them and are very comfortable. They are very small, almost invisible, and are easily inserted into my ears. They do come with three sizes of silicone tips to help customize the fit. I actually use one small tip for my left ear and a medium for the right. Setting up the hearing aids was very simple and straight forward with the intuitive phone app."

"I have spent the past six months trying four different brands of OTC hearing aids and none of those worked. Eargo SE were the last ones I decided to try, and I am so happy I did so. The device is simple, small and powerful and once set up with app (I'm android on Samsung phone) rarely go to adjust. I do switch to music for TV music and home stereo. First time using hearing aids and enhanced hearing is amazing and surprising. Bought for in ear inconspicuous. They sit well in ear and barely detectable which I was concerned with. Used with phone on speaker, no interference, great sound and volume. Used with over ear headphones, no interference and great sound on "music" which I will likely use as "normal""
